The series of interesting meetings of Helas New Encounters Club is organized in the regular intervals since 1997, usually with the cooperation of the official institutions (Embassies, cultural institutes, Chamber of Commerce etc.). Besides the representatives of foreign Embassies in the Czech Republic there are regular guests and the eminent business partners, members of top management of the Czech and foreign enterprises along with representatives of various cultural and other organizations. The goal of those events is to mediate a new and interesting experience in meeting new people, making new business contacts, and also cultural experiences.

Every event has its own media partner who shall publish an article on the event in their magazine / newspaper. It is one of the new approaches of a sophisticated presentation of activities, a mutual enhancement of the image of the present enterprises. We believe that the concept stated above supports the credibility of the information presented and it leads to considerably higher business efficiency. The civilized lobbying in favor of the clubs‘ partners is our goal.

Further there is an option of a permanent (long-term effect) advertisement of the enterprises which actively support the event, inform the guests about the services the companies offer, establishing of a personal relationship with new potential clients and enhancing the business coherence with the companies they represent.

Within the framework of those events the guests engage with each other, with the event’s partners, and also the communication between the guests and the partners. One of our club’s goals is to support various charity organizations or foundations, which we highlight and support via the charity bazaars. The profit goes to the chosen organization or foundation. We assume that these meetings are very significant not only for its cultural, business, or social influence, but also for its psychological importance in the broadest sense.
