The cycle of interesting events "Helas New Encounters Club" is organised periodically since 1997, usually in cooperation with official institutions (embassies, cultural institutes, chambers of commerce etc.). The participants of these encounters are not only the representatives of foreign corporations in Czech Republic but also permanent guests and significant business partners. This includes the top management of Czech and foreign entrepreneurial subjects together with delegates of many cultural and other organisations. The goal of these events is to provide new interesting encounters at occasions faciliating new business contacts, meeting new people and contemporary personalities while deriving benefit from a cultural adventure at once.

 

Each event has its own media partner advertising the encounter in his/hers magasine or newspaper within an article. This is one of the new ways of cultivated activities presentation and of mutual image empowerment of our companies. We believe that the introduced conception supports the credibility of presented information and leads to essentially higher business effectivity. Our goal is a cultivated lobbing for the benefit of the club´s partners. Further it is the possibility of a long term permanent promotion of companies, which are actively participating on the realization of these events; furthermore to inform guests about the companies´ all inclusive service offer of the companies; to personally contact new potential clients and to consolidate business relations with the subjects, which they represent.
Generally speaking, these encounters result in establishing contacts between guests and event´s partners themselves and of course between guests and partners all together.
We believe our meetings are very significant not only for their cultural and business aspects, but also for their social effect in a broad sense.
