     HELAS AGENCY is a company  with a wide range of focus and offer connected with providing and organizing not only social and business meetings, press conferences, work shops, educating, new product presentations and concerts of classical and popular music. We are also able to organize birthday or garden parties depending on the request of our customer.
     An important part of our work is an individual approach and empathy in our communication with the client,  considering his/her aim, activity, image and company's goals. We organize these events in order to maintain and harmonize the interests and expectations of the company. The solution comes in so called short-term or long term focused "Turnkey actions". We propose and prepare the event so that is meets the interests, ideas and targets that we shall achieve by this event. That is why it is difficult to consider the strategies globally, because every event is an original. 
      Depending on the character of the event we are able to recommend and provide attractive environment, set up a suitable programme and catering in the form of a rout, banquet, cocktail etc.
According to the client's demands we are also able to address interesting and popular celebrities from all kinds of fields, such as classical or popular music, graphic art, literature, politics, science etc. The events are organized mainly by "our own sources". We survey all, all pettinesses, we do not sell nor re-sale "ideas of the others".
